Clark County Department of Business License & Gaming Licensing issues privileged restricted licenses to qualified applicants who successfully submit a liquor license application packet and/or gaming license application packet.
Gaming licenses are categorized within the North American Industry Classification
System (NAICS). Qualified Operator(s) / Applicants include:

NAICS CODE: 713290 (Slot Route Operators)
A gaming slot operator is a business that operates, leases, rents, places or installs slot machines or other mobile gaming machines for a fixe amount or percentage, or other consideration, on premises that are owned or operated by another person, business, or entity.

CLASS A SLOT MACHINE LICENSE
This license permits the operation of fifteen (15) or fewer slot machines incidental to the primary business at the following establishments.
NAICS CODE: 445300 (Package Liquor Store) Liquor stores must have at least 1,200 square feet devoted exclusively to the sale of liquor and related items including magazines, newspapers, tobacco products and snack foods. Minors are not permitted in liquor stores.
